Wonderful stay :)

Hotel is in the perfect location in Seogwipo, 10 min walk from Cheongjiyeon waterfall and 10min walk to Olle Market. There is a convenience store inside the hotel. The rooms are spacious and designed well. There was more than enough space for 2 people and we were very comfortable. The airport bus stop is also right outside. The room was made up everyday and towels were restocked. Free tea/water bottles are provided. The staff are nice and provided us with a comprehensive guide upon arrival for tourist spots and food in the area. They also held a sunrise watching event on January 1st with free hot packs and tea which was cute. I would stay here again.

Some of the plugs in the room didn't work.

Walking distance to seogwipo market

Clean, spacious (family room), nearby to seogwipo market, convenience stores and eateries. Front desk gave a list of restaurants by cuisine and walking/driving distance. Really helpful. The cafe at L1 serves decent coffee and sand cookies

We enjoyed our stay, even though it was only for one night. If we were to come back to Seogwipo we would definitely come

The location of the hotel was close to tourist areas, restaurants and the bus stop so we found it very convenient. Our room, which felt newly renovated, was bigger than we expected, very clean and comfortable and came with the amenities we required. There were also activities (game room and karaoke) that we could use for free during our stay. We also got coupons for discounts to the ground floor cafe. Most importantly we were allowed to both check in early and leave our luggage for a short while after check out on the day of departure.

Bathroom floor was very wet after shower as the water will leak out.

Wonderful stay

Loved the location of the property! The view from the top of the rooftop is worth the money alone. Incredible view. Right next to the Cheonjiyeon Falls which is a major attraction. Not far from the Jeju Island Volcanic rocks. Also close to many other locations. Restaurants near by as well. There is a games room which is fantastic - free to play. Room was spacious with great facilities. Staff were so nice. Lovely people. There is a coffee shop next to it. Breakfast was great.

The bed could have been bigger

Decent hotel but needs better maintenance

Located within walking distance of market. Breakfast was decent. Staff were polite and room was clean. Self-service laundry and small games arcade with free games at the basement

We booked a parlour suite which was very spacious but the room wasn’t very well-maintained. Safe wasn’t working when we checked in, the sliding door of the toilet in the living room didn’t close properly, main door latch was faulty and a few electric points didn’t work. The living room window opens out to the bottom part of the pool (which was slightly elevated from our floor) so there wasn’t much of a view out. Thankfully the pool was closed due to winter so no one can look in from there.

A lovely stay located near useful bus routes and tourist attractions. Good facilities such as a launderette, a fun games room and a convenience store just next door. Exceptional staff, who went above and beyond by tracking down a jacket I left on the airport bus. Thanks again!

The location was near the night market and there were decent food choices nearby. Parking lots were convenient too!
